General Program Structure

Small group or private lessons are held in school, during the school day
Weekly, 30-minute piano lessons
Piano keyboards are provided during student lessons
The program is split into 2 Sessions
Session 1 (October - January)
Session 2 (February - May)

By the end of the program (Both sessions - May), students will be able to:
Read and play basic notes in the treble and bass clef
Play notes accurately based on written music
Understand basic, beginner music theory (beats, rhythm, time signature, clef, rests, sign, symbols)
Perform 2-4 pieces of beginner piano music with 1 or 2 hands (based on age)

Providing piano lessons during the school day benefits the entire school community. Students build confidence, creativity, and cognitive skills that support academic success, while schools strengthen their arts programming, school culture, and student engagement. For families, in-school lessons remove transportation and scheduling barriers, ensure equitable access to music education, and allow students to learn in a safe, familiar environment—making enrichment more accessible and stress-free for everyone.

Small Group Lessons
Allow students to socialize, be creative, and have fun learning with small group piano lessons!
[+] Students will receive weekly, 30-minute lessons
[+] 2-3 students maximum per group to ensure equitable attention to each student[+] As lessons progress, students will work on their own piano keyboards during the lesson

Private Lessons
Give your students the opportunity to have a dedicated, private piano lesson during the school day while they are already primed to learn!
[+] The student will receive weekly, 30-minute lessons
[+] 1 student per 30-minute time block
[+] Best option for older students in 1st grade - 12th grade
